They dont have a local account on the laptop) They cant login to Skype For Business because of this error: There was a problem acquiring a personal certificate required to sign in.

They have Office 365 Business Premium license assigned to them which includes Skype For Business Plan 2.

I can also login into S4B by creating a local account on the laptop(remotely).

But the user would rather use the domain account since its already set up and familiar to them.

What Ive tried: -tried clearing the sip profile folder(s).

S4B from users Office 365 account -performing Quick Repair of Office 365 -reinstalling Office 365 -contacted Microsoft and they said reinstall Office or recreate the user profile because it could be corrupted -adjusting registry -creating local account for the user(works partially - I get Outlook Integration error message in S4B).

OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit Been banging my head on this one for the past 2 weeks.
